Continuous and relevant information sharing is the basis of a transparent and healthy relationship, and the reporting systems are designed to provide efficient monitoring of the 3PL operations with clear visibility of the inventory and various activities, including early escalations as necessary. The reporting system includes:

• Daily / Weekly / Monthly reporting of stock movement and status
• KPI Monitoring, Analytics and Dashboard reporting

Providing advisory and consulting services and partnering with Clients in:

• Designing and establishing an optimal supply chain framework;
• Management of 3PL partners on behalf of the client;
