Who provides the insurance for the inventory?The customer provides the insurance for inventory and agrees to hold us harmless in the event of any loss which includes fire, water damage and theft.

Can you arrange transport for our shipments?Absolutely! Depending upon the need, we can arrange for inland transport through vehicles or couriers. Transport can be within the city (local transport), or across the state or to any other part of India.

Can you dispatch the inventory based on FIFO?Yes, we can do dispatches as per FIFO, LIFO or any other configuration as per the customer specifications.

Do you send email confirmations when the order is dispatched?Dispatch confirmation emails are sent whenever the order has shipped, as part of our standard procedure. Depending on the carrier, the email can include the tracking number so that the customer can track when the shipment will arrive.

Can you provide special tasks based on customer requests?Yes, if you need special handling, labelling, or special packing and sorting, we can provide the same for a fee.
